CURITORIAL STATEMENT
Curatorial work is an extension of my studio practice. I am drawn to artists and cultural expressions that emerge from place, process, and lived experience rather than speed or spectacle.
My curatorial approach centers on material intelligence, emotional endurance, and the quiet narratives embedded in land, labor, and time. I am particularly interested in work that reflects regional identity, hand-based practices, and the ways culture is carried forward through repetition, care, and adaptation.
I value exhibitions as spaces for listening — where viewers encounter not only objects, but the conditions, histories, and environments that shaped them. Whether working locally or through travel-based research, my aim is to create exhibitions that feel intimate, thoughtful, and rooted, while opening dialogue across geography and experience.
